We want you to feel comfortable and confident shopping with BeYOUtifully Comfortable. Please review our return policy before making your purchase.

Return Eligibility

To request a return, contact us at beyoutifullycomfortable@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Returns must be approved before they are mailed. Once approved, your return must be shipped back within 7 days. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Approved returns receive store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method for regular returns.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BeYOUtifully Comfortable is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Exchanges

Because inventory is limited and changes quickly, direct exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

If you need a different size or item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. If the requested replacement is available, we will do our best to help. Otherwise, an approved return will be issued as store credit so you can place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at beyoutifullycomfortable@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Final Sale Items

Clearance and Last Chance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
