We ship within the United States and U.S. territories, including APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping & Personal Local Delivery

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more.
• Personal local delivery is available by arrangement in select Waukesha and Milwaukee-area communities. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and arrange the details.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering. We will always do our best to help, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Preorders

Delivery Issues

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not eligible for an automatic refund or replacement, but we will help you review the tracking information and available carrier options.
